Ready, Steady - bake

Helmets are off and oven gloves and aprons are on as Aberystwyth RNLI volunteers prepare for the SOS Great Aber Lifeboat Bake Off.

Aberystwyth RNLI volunteers have decided to combine their love of saving lives at sea and sampling homemade goods by holding the SOS Great Aber Lifeboat Bake Off to raise funds for the charity. The volunteers have set a challenge for amateur bakers to present four bakes in four weeks, as they mix in fundraising and healthy competition in aid of a worthy cause.
