Sunbury Air Cadets Wet Drill at RAF Odiham

862 (Sunbury) Squadron Air Cadets get a rare chance to undergo aircrew survival drills at RAF Odiham. They were issued with standard aircrew issue flying coveralls and life preservers. They were instructed by two Survival Equipment Specialist (Senior Aircraftsmen Jenkins & Senior Aircraftsmen Cubitt ), and an Escape & Evasion expert.

Cadets aged 13-17 were taught liferaft righting drills, sea survival, boarding procedures and emergency first aid.
